Quick help

Start with the simple fix.

Most interruptions can be resolved without losing your puzzle.

A new photo will not load

New puzzle photos need an internet connection. Check your connection, return to the theme gallery, and try that theme again. Frume keeps the previous saved puzzle until the new one is ready.

Your saved puzzle is missing

Frume keeps one current puzzle and one last-completion receipt on this device. It asks before a new photograph replaces unfinished progress. Deleting or reinstalling the app removes local progress and any photograph you imported.

Restore Premium Cuts

Open About & Support in Frume and choose Restore purchases while signed in to the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Restoring does not charge you again.

Open a photographer credit

The photographer name appears during setup and in puzzle options. Use the credit link to open the photographer’s Unsplash profile in your browser.

Privacy by design

A puzzle, not a profile.

Frume has no account, no advertising, and no cross-app tracking. It stores one current puzzle, one last-completion receipt, and a small redacted diagnostic log locally, and uses only the services needed to load attributed photos and verify Premium Cuts. It also counts anonymously how the app is used, under a random identifier that belongs to this installation alone — switchable off in About & Support.
